What Conditions Can Massage Therapy Help With Or Treat?

What To Expect 

Your massage therapist will develop a personalized treatment plan based on your concerns and your own body's needs. You will dress down to your comfort level usually with underwear left on and during the treatment the body only being undraped where that therapist is working. Pressure with the therapist will be communicated for your comfort level. As well as you telling the therapist at anytime if you have discomfort. The treatment may also be stopped by you at any time. Your consent to be treated will be taken from the therapist and this consent at any time can be withdrawn. Your privacy will be respected at all times. As well as we have a zero tolerance policy for any inappropriate behavior towards our therapists. Every treatment includes heat, complementary Japanese Mint oil and hot towels as long as the patient consents.

Japanese mint oil has many uses such as promoting circulation, reducing headaches, reducing muscle tightness, alleviating sinus congestion and it helps to reduce inflammation. It is complementary in each massage therapy treatment.
